Support the Client Services team in managing day-to-day client communications and requests.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Help track client feedback, inquiries, and service issues, ensuring they are escalated and resolved appropriately.
Participate in client onboarding and account setup processes.
Maintain and update CRM systems and client records.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support client-related activities.
Understanding of client relationship management in a B2B outsourced services context.
Experience using CRM and project tracking tools.
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a service delivery environment.
Improved communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior internship or part-time experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus.
Interest in the outsourcing industry or business operations.
