KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End to end proactive recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organization’s manpower requirements
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local regulatory compliance. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of management/employees.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires
- Develop training calendar and drive training initiatives aligned with business needs
- Drive and manage performance management process such as annual review process, handling poor performance cases, etc.
- Review salary structure benchmarking to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market.
- Manage employee benefits and records management (medical, leave, insurance, etc.)
- Work closely with management and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention via employee engagement activities
- Provide HR advice and support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR issues.
- Maintaining human resource information system records and compile reports from the database,
- Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives, and processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management preferred or any relevant business field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role and have experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
- Good time management and possess a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good attitude with a positive mindset and cheerful personality
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws & local company practices
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preference for candidates that can start immediately
