Planning and tracking of the company’s financial goals.
Establish and streamline the accounting systems/controls of the company.
Maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting conventions, statutory requirements and company policies, and making such submission as required.
Review, formulating, recommending and implementing productivity programs, financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Safeguard of assets through establishing adequate financial controls including capital expenditure.
Analysis, review and recommendation of the financial implications of the various operational decisions, including feasibility studies of projects.
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, company secretary, statutory boards, government/quasi government departments...etc
Assist in the formulation, implementation and review of policies; objectives and medium and/or long range plans ( including annual budget) to ensure optimisation of Company’s performance.
Administrative:-
Assist with the formulation, review and implementation of policies, objectives and medium and/or long-range plans to ensure optimisation of Company’s performance.
Ensure the smooth operation of the office administration on a daily basis (eg stationery, printing, maintenance of office equipment, premises, etc.)
Ensure the compliance of licensing requirements pertaining to the office premise and equipment with the relevant authorities.
Responsible for maintaining a centralised filing system for the organisation.
Liaise with external parties in terms of all legal matters and corporate administration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance or Professional accounting
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
Meticulous and analytical with numbers
Well-versed in accounting transactions in accordance to accounting standards.
